Is it me, or has the price of memory REALLY dropped in the last six months?

I can't tell if it's just my perception now that I have a job and thus income to spend, but I certainly don't remember 12GB of midrange DDR3 being just 80 quid last year.

Does anyone have any figures as to what prices have been for the past... year, let's say?

Its why i bought 16gb 1600mhz 99924 ram for £75 before it goes up any higher. Though i dont plan to build for another few months.

Grab memory now while the prices are rock bottom as they'll only go back up !

I got this 8GB kit http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-094-KS for £28 during the boxing day sale which I thought was fantastic value. Prices do seem to be rising again though.
