I think tbh, you'd be betting wrong. Just apart from the 4 headlights, and the fact that both pictures are white, there is nothing really that similar.

they do look reasonably alike to me. That front end is awful though, jap DC2's are the only way.

I can see where your coming from tbh, the twin lights and general shape of the car are similar. I modern (late 90's) manta might have looked a little like the honda does.
