is it more straight forward to replace a dell case than it is internals?

so my girlfriends son has a dell 620 i got for him that started life as an i3 2100 plus 8gb ram, a 7750 was installed, but fortnite performance was terrible on low/low res with just about reaching beyond 15fps, now ive upgraded it with an i5 2400 and gave him my msi gaming gtx 760 along with appropriate psu and boom high settings and higher res with 80 plus fps, plays great apart from minor wifi stutter, but with only a single exhaust fan im thinking it might get a bit warm, so thinking about changing the case, however i know some dell cases cant take gaming boards, but not tried a dell in a gaming case to know if or how much they are offset given the propriety nature.

thanks for replies.

yeah i suppose i didnt think about the front panel, i need to have a look at how its connected up as the graphics card being the type it is pushes down on the wires.

i would only need a case, cpu, motherboard and possibly ram then if i have to upgrade for better cooling solutions. the evga power supply ive fitted connects to the cpu and motherboard as normal, so really its only the front panel thats a bother.
