Hi just upgraded to a galaxy s4 running 4.4.2 from s2, i took it for granted that the default android browser would sync with my google account like the s2 did perfectly , (cant get used to chrome on a phone no matter how hard i try)but the only account available in settings in the browser is a Samsung account, has the option now been removed to force me to use chrome?

also there is no sync internet in google sync settings as there is on my s2,is there an option im missing somewhere?

Samsung might've changed things around, although to be honest most new KitKat devices seems to come with Chrome as the default browser.

You could try other browsers such as Next or Dolphin, but they require you to install the extension on the desktop version of Chrome to sync with it.

Under bookmarks there should be another heading for your google account. Your Chrome bookmarks should be in there.

That's how it's always been for me using Samsung's "Internet" browser.
