is it overclocked or not?

my bios says its running at 2420
part of everest says this also
but another part of everest says its at 2200 as stock

cpuid says 2200

so is it overclocked or not?

just tried ntune and this is also reporting 2200?

clocked it in bios to 2530 and it knocked a second off

still same thing tho

part of everest says 2200 still and the other says 2530 as does the bios
and its increased my temp to 44 from 41

im assuming its reporting it as 2200
as sandra, cpu-z and Ntune are also saying the same
but like i said bios and another part of everest say 2530 ??
