is it possable to build a full system for £300 or just over?

Tower
Monitor
Keyboard
Etc

mainly going to be used as a test rig / milti OS etc to learn from for quallifications
 
Why don't you do your own research? We're only allowed to suggest to you what is available and priced on OcUK.

To be honest, you'd do well to look for a second hand one, or for a system from the manufacturer everyone has heard about.
 
Id rather buy from ocuk than look at ....certain manufacture pc's,

i've been looking at 2nd hand ones, but some of em are dire!
 
The OCuk prebuilt ones are great value tbh and with a cheap monitor and keyboard+mouse should come to around 300. I would go for that.
