Is it possible for me to overclock my CPU with a Intel DG45ID motherboard?

Hi there, please can you help me work out if it's possible for me to overclock my CPU with a Intel DG45ID motherboard?

I found this website which shows you my bios with pictures:

my spec is:
my CPU is an Q8200, and its a brand new PC, windows vista 32bit ultimate, 4gig corsair, 9800 GTX+.

It appears to me that this cant be done in the bios settings, I've only just bought this PC like a month ago and just thought I might try and overclock my CPU but its not looking good.
