Just to cut down on the mass of wires at the back of my AV amplifier.
Is it possible to adapt my satelite speakers on a 5.1 system to run on Bluetooth?

Simple answer - No
Even if you could get round the fact that Bluetooth doesn't do proper multichannel audio, so you'd need a bunch of BT transmitter, and then you've got to deal with converting speaker level signals from the amp in to line level to BT them, and that you still need power for the speakers because we haven't yet worked out way to beam that from point-to-point in the home, then there's the mess that BT would make of already-compressed audio formats such as DD and DD+ for Atmos, and the way that would screw up the effects steering because of the relative timing errors and how it mangles audio generally.
