Is it possible to change tyre size?

I have a Honda CR-V which currently has the following tyre dimensions

225/60 R18

There are only a few different tyres in this specific size and the ones I'm after are out of stock everywhere at the moment. Is it possible to use a slightly different tyre dimension or is that a big no no?

Ok so next question is it legal to have different profiles front/back? I'm only looking at replacing the two fronts at this point in time

The cost doesn't bother me its the reviews of the ones in stock are poor and the ones with good reviews are oos everywhere!

That's what I was going to do but the two tyres I'm after are OOS at all the usual suspects. Thanks for the help though folks
