hi, i have http://www.overseas.su/index.php?chp=showgood&num=405 this case. it has two fans, is it possible to control the speed? if yes,how? thank you

fans are connected to the PSU 4pin molex (male, female )

i was reading review of this one... so this will control my REAR and FRONT fans?HOW DO THEY CONNECT?
is it only for case fans?
