Case ones are easy.. Don't plug them into the mobo

you can unplug the HDD LED from the board, the power LED might be directly connected to the power button.

If we're talking about the power/hdd LEDs that are on the case you can just unplug them from the header. II we're talking about the one on the actual motherboard, then the only way is to physically remove it.
