Is it possible to extract individual audio tracks from a DVD?

I wasn't entirely sure which forum this belonged in, apologises if this should be in sound city or something.

Anyway, i have a DVD of Joe Bonamassa playing live at the Royal Albert Hall and i'd like to be able to create mp3's of certain songs so that I dont have to actually play the DVD when i want to listen to some of the tracks on my PC.

Is this doable and if so, is it prohibitively difficult?

I used this guide a while back which worked a treat. Not sure if there are easier methods now though.

Easy enough . Use DVD decrypter to demux the .AC3 audio and then convert using the many freeware programs available.
