Is it possible to get a decent 4k 32 inch screen under £200 ?

I was wondering if it would be possible to get a decent 4k 32 inch screen with HDR and a good refresh rate under £200 (in the future)?

I have seen a Samsung Samsung 32" M70A UHD 4K HDR10 for £199 with student, I would need to use someone's student account or get them to do it also I don't really have the money right now spend on something I don't need.

a little worried I may not be able to get a similar deal later.

Thats a £300 monitor but the chepest ive seen is a electriQ 32" 4K UHD HDR Curved Monitor but no idea of quality.

Thanks, I've seen the the original price, but I was wondering if its worth buy now or just wait.
The screen looks good but its a VA panel, 8MS Response Time, 60Hz Refresh Rate no Freesync.

In 5 years yes probably, but for the moment you're stuck with 60Hz options to get anywhere near that.
