Bit annoyed tbh, the other day a stuck green pixel appeared (I had the machine about 6 months now). I can handle that as it is stuck so may be fixable.
Today I notice a black blob on the screen as well. If I turn off my laptop and have a look it is not there (and cleaning the are show nothing at all even under bright light).
I turn the machine on and I can see it (approx 4x4 pixels in size). It is definitely between the screen and the LCD, as it shows up on everything. It is greyish black so not dead pixels imo. (And not stuck either so moving a cycling red, green, blue image over it makes no difference to it's visibility). Coould be a cluster of stuck or dead pixels (never seen any that aren't single dead/stuck pixels so hard to say for certain).
I think it would be hard to photograph, so am just wondering if I have somehow got some sort of dirt or damage between the LCD and the film covering it. Anyone know if screens are replaceable in store by "geniuses"? I already have a problem with my "C" key that I am going to take it in for one day.
Edit 1: Should be obvious without me highlighting the problems in the pictures
Edit 2: Booked an appointment with a "Genius" @ Brent Cross on Friday. I suspect they will try to fob me off, reading on Apple forums they don't seem to replace screens for pixel related issues, very often.
