Is it possible to make a disc cleaning solution...

with stuff lying around in my house?
I bought a disc cleaner and I managed to fix my troublesome game that kept acting up. I still have the cleaner, but I've lost the solution that came with it. Can I make one with household products, because the same game is acting up again.

I wouldn't bother - find a pound shop and buy one of the cheap cleaning kits that they all seem to stock. Using household goods will probably do more damage than good.

maybe LCD screen cleaner, i find that using disk cleaner on my monitor works better then the LCD stuff so maybe the other way round will work too
