I've got an 18 hour train journey on Sunday morning, and for anyone who's been on a train in China, the choice of food is not good. So I'm going to make a range of sandwiches. I have a hankering for Coronation Chicken, but I don't have any mango chutney - I doo have something called 'Geeta's Lime and Chilli Chutney'. Is it possible to make something similar with that? I tried Yahooing but couldn't find anything.

I also have Cheddar, Camembert, bacon, mayonnaise...

I'm sure you can. Mango chutney is essential sweet and slightly sour. If the lime and chilli chutney tastes remotely the same with a similar texture you'll be in business.

You can do a cheat version with mayo, some spices and a little mustard (I prefer a mild one like Dijon to the over-strong english). Add flaked almonds and/or sultanas to taste.

I didn't even know corination chicken required mango chutney!

I must have always had the cheat version, sounds like what sandwich shops do too.
