200,000 hits isn't all that much - I doubt any big names would be that interested. Your CTR is going to vary somewhere between 2%-5% meaning somewhere between 4000 and 10,000 and thats assuming that all of your 200,000 were unique hits. I would guess a more accurate CTR would be between 0.5% and 1% meaning 1000 and 2000.
I am not saying your idea won't work, but its more likey to fail than succeed.

also, do you understand how web based advertising actually pays?
you don't just get people to visit a page with ads on and you then get paid, they have to actually click on the ad at least...if you force people to see ads they will leave your site pretty damn quick! I think you need to research this a bit more thoroughly, you will need a payment method, cart, hosting, ad account, site design and much much more. Plus to serve 200k pages depending on the bandwidth consumed would eat into your ad revenue, plus hosting costs etc. That $400 is gonna be more like $100 in the end.

How on earth would you get $20,000 for 200,000 hits? Where would this magical money come from?

I have actually seen people claiming $0.10+ click payments for certain keywords, though he would need everyone to click and I doubt he's targetting such sought after keywords! Still! Lets all get writin' sumthin'!!!
That's interesting, if i forced people to look at ads they may run away. So it is possible then? To force.
You see I thought if I make a unique sight where I actually tell people 'look for reading my story for free all i need you to do is look at some ads' Then i can say 'if you do so I will pay out some money to you via paypal'. So this would be written in the terms and conditions for the site to be read before signing up to the site. So for me to pay them is a sort of incentive for coming and reading my site. I pay a small fee for every time they visit. Would that work?

no, as people will end up clicking on your adverts and not reading them, the advertiser will then be charged with no gain to them. you might as well not even both having anything on your website for the visitor, just adverts that they can click, so they earn money and so do you, which appears to be all you care about.
this is against pretty much, if not all, online advertisers terms and conditions and will result in you loosing all the money earned in the 2/3 days you manage to do this.
p.s the internet has been around for ages, it is used by billions daily, you are not a genius. All these things mean 1 simple thing, any get rich online for doing nothing plan you come up with will not work as it has been done a zillion times over. give it up and start channeling this time spent on something better.
It's good you are thinking but please realise every second you think about get rich schemes is another second wasted. if you seriously wanted to make money you'd stop and start doing something like selling a step by step guide about how to get computers on the cheap to run crysis maxed out, people would be saving hundreds so i'm sure they'd be willing to give up £10 for the guide.

I think I read somewhere that he makes around £8k a year from a fair few sites; unless your site is really big you would do exceptionally well to get more than £500 a year. Like others have said, if you are that good a writer (which is, unfortunately, not evidenced in your posts), write a book of short stories and get it published-that's how Roald Dahl got started, so that way should be good enough for you!
If you aren't that good a writer, then maybe you should write some stories and put them online without worrying about the money. It would be a good way for you to improve and get some feedback.

Please also get someone to proof read your work - I read a lot and to be honest your awful grammar would make me stop reading after a page.
