Is it possible to overclock at E7200

Don't know anything about overclocking.

I have an E7200,P5Q pro ASUS mobo & standard cooler.

Is it possible to overclock this?

I am JUST getting into pc gaming, and world of tanks uses single cores for it's game. While playing the game, the cpu is around the 80-90% all the time (usage)

So is it possible?
Or no need whatsoever
