Is it possible to use 2 wireless adapters at the same time on 1 pc?

I have a pci belkin adapter in my pc, but am about to purchase a zyxel usb wireless adapter which is compatible router as i seem to sluggish throughput on the belkin,

Just wondering could i the throughput of both the adapters at the same time?
