I have an Nvidia GeForce 8800GT which i connect both monitors too. My motherboard, ASUS M3N-HT Deluxe, has onboard graphics with a HDMI port. What I wanted to do was to connect my TV to the PC via this HDMI port on the motherboard to allow the ability to choose and swap the display ether between the dual monitors or the TV. However in order to do so requires the motherboards onboard graphics to be enabled.

Is this possilble, to enable both and choose which one/display you want?

Cheers,
Gary

Depends on the motherboard, there was a thread just on this subject not long ago and it was found that he could.

I have a Zotac 9300 and with the correct series of card installed the onboard chip can work in "Hybrid SLI".

However I have no experience with it at all because the GT220 I put in there does not want to have any part in a "Hybrid SLI" with the motherboard.

I just tired it...Turns out I can and best of all the Nvidia control panel picks it up so all monitors can be controlled from the once place.

Cheers folk
