Is it possible to use "windows hello" with a normal webcam

You'll need one with IR sensors, they're usually advertised as supporting Windows Hello.

Is there a alternative app I can use, so the camera automatically turns on when windows is locked and only unlocks when it recognises my face or with a passcode/password?

Found a app that does exactly that and works pretty well... It works with the windows lock screen and works with any webcam, plus its only a tenner to buy the full version.... The only problem that the last update was November 2019, but it still works fine on windows 11
