hi guys
i have an xbox one and my lad also does and one of us always seems to get a strict nat and also some silly lag in some games .
but if i turn upnp off one gets strict and one gets moderate and gameplay seems smoother with no stuttering
the thing is i know upnp is to help with forwarding ports etc etc but im worried that turning it off i might be now unsafe to certain programs trying to exploit my router
so is it ok to leave it turned off
