Hi, i recently bought a second hand loop off the MM consisting of an mcp 600 pump, dual rad, swiftech cpu block, dual Acrylic reservoir and all the tubes and fittings. I can tell from looking at the tubes and res that their is a lot of grime and dirt built up which would probably affect the performance so i want to clean it all. I read the Radiator cleaning guide here and was wondering if it was safe to run white malt vinegar through the whole loop, as the cpu block probably has grime in it as well and and it would be good to have the tubes and res looking new.

So basically just wanting to check the vinegar won't damage the tubes or res (like making them crack or something) and that it will be safe for the pump.

Thanks

Should have no issues running vinegar through the loop as long as you flush it with plenty of water afterwards.

Tho tbh you'd be better just buying new tubing.

Thanks for the info, i will probably do it as it will save me having to clean everything individually and i won't have to pay and wait for new tubing, i'll flush it out with distilled water a few times afterwards.
