Is it safe to install a heat sink (noctua Dh-14) without thermal paste to check memory clearance before installing f it properly? (Not turning pc on)
 
ive got my cpu fans already connected and hanging outside the case as i remember how much of a nightmare it was trying to put the fan headers in!!!!
