I can imagine 1 million fraudsters reading this right now, and developing there plans to fraud haha.
 
Microsoft's security is like 10 years ahead of any other form or security in society today, it's 100% safe lol, and if you get hacked I think you now have to enter the last 3 digits on your credit card to be able to purchase MSP/Live anyway so it's all good

Meh, I use the same password for PSN as I did before the hack, and didn't change any other passwords, I still use the same card that was linked to my PSN account and nothing happened on any accounts (online or bank). Just because someone has a load of encrypted information doesn't mean they can use it.

Linking an article about phishing scams doesn't really prove your point about security, all it proves is people are stupid and give their information away freely to criminals.
 
Its safe, nothing to worry about.
And as people have said, you have fraud protection with your credit card.

No issues for me in the 2-3yes MS have had my details for...
