Wait...for what?
You can wait for stuff to be released or you can spend your moeny on whats out there right now, only you know whats best for you
I havent seen a release date for either the EVGA 780 6GB or 790's but if your not gaming atm no harm in wating
just to let you know AMD also have 3d support as well i have tested this on my 40" 3d tv and it is great, you dont need any special equipment like £D vision to get it to work neither the quality is great also you have the true sound tech for the new games coming out.
You also have to think AMD is now supporting a lot of the new games with Mantle you already have Thief and BF4 with Mantle support and there is already a list for games in the future the game plays shows up to a 25% increase in BF4 and up to a whopping 45% in Thief.
Yes Nvidia have there pluses but you are paying the extra for the same performance as AMD the R9 290 and R9 290x Are great cards for there money and i would consider looking at them and comparing them to Nvidias top card at the min.
not 3d vision but they have support of 3d without having to pay any extra

If it's a perfectly working card, with no signs of damage, and all the gubbins in the box as normal... I doubt it would bother me. There must be a lot of customer returns which are in *perfect* condition.
In fact the DSR law is a pretty bad law in my book. "Buyers remorse" should never have been codified into law.
But as it stands, stores have to sell returns as B-grade and not new, so you don't have to worry about it.
