Is it time for a change

I currently have the following setup

Abit ip35 pro
Intel E6400 (o/c to 2.7gig
2GB Geil ram
PNY 9800GT graphics.
500GB F3 HDD
Creative S/C
Corsair VX450 PSU
Antec case

My question - is it worth upgrading my existing setup or would it be best to scrap the m/b cpu and ram and buy new.

I don't game but do use the PC for CAD.

If so what would be the recommends for replacement bits.

I am quite happy with the GPU,case, psu and HDD but I am prepared to consider peoples comments / suggestions.

Do SSD's really make that much difference?

It seems that you think it is worth sticking with the MB. Would it be worth getting something like a second hand E8400 or even a quad core and upping the ram to 4GB
