My temps were not good so I tried to resit the heatsink and was shocked to find out that my Ninja just has some sort of contact "around the edge" of Conroe E6600's IHS, a much larger central area of the IHS was untouched 
The thermal paste was intact Is it time for me to lap the heck out of it? Do I need to lap the Ninja as well?
