All over.
On stressing with Prime, my motherboard Gigabyte 965P DS4 reaches 60 degrees celsius. Is that too hot?

Whats your ambient room temp?

It may well be that your room is hot or even the pc is next to a radiator in the room. It all plays an important factor along with good case cooling.

Ambient temperature of room is normal. Radiator is on the other side of the room and is off pretty much all the time. I have increased the FSB and MCH voltages by 0.2V each for my overclock. I guess that must be why?

So it's not a problem then?

How high is your overclock?

I'd say 60 is fine, personally I start getting worried at about 65+ so you're way in the safe zone.
