Is it true that OCUK Do not like Newbies?

The Million dollar question: Is it true that new members are not welcome on this Web site and this just a Web site for a privileged few who only tolerate newcomers? When you first build your first PC and you are full expectation then you find a web site like this to help and guide you to do better with your hobby. Then only to find the people here can not be bothered and told as much as to go away. "Just take a moment to think about that" how would you feel, gutted,rejected, or even worse depressed? What this site needs is a welcome mat for new members or a enema to say at least make it work.

P.S. AS someone on the TV Say's what do you think?????:(:(
 
Sorry you feel that way Zefan as they say "you can not please all of the people all of the time" As for everybody else who kindly taken time to reply to this thread i humbly thank you one and all.
 
First of all i am no way a attention seeker or trolling on here as i have more respect than that for this web site to do such a thing. Ok Zefan when make a statement ask you self how does anyone know whether you serious or not i cannot tell from here my friend.

It seems to me the majority of the persons on here are welcoming and wish to be helpful no matter the situation or circumstances are that is really refreshing to see, but call me names it all so shows some one does not like to face the truth?
 
Well after 60 replies and 394 views i would honestly say that's a good result in just about 1 hour? And the majority are what i would say, kind and considerate and welcoming no matter the circumstances, this is very pleasing to see, so i say thanks for your kind post and replay's.

Dimple i say thanks for being honest and to you my friend i would like to extend a warm welcome to this thread. It goes to show that the point i am trying to make here is not a lie or bogus claim. Let me put into simple terms that maybe all the guy's and girls for that matter can relate to. Remember your first day at the new school you don't know anyone yet you only wanted to be accepted or be allowed to join in a group? I now can see that everyone on this thread and looking in saying what is this guy trying to achieve, to take time to think before you react or reply, because that could make big difference to the other human being on the other end? ajay57.
 
Thanks to Derek W i liked your video clip very nice my friend. OK for the sake of this web site and the good people there in i will close this debate and close this thread as well. I think the point has been made now and this discussion taken any further will just descend into name calling etc. I truly thank all for there comments and replay's and input in this thread, gentlemen the thread is now closed.
