As the title suggests, is it worth changing my monitor, am I really going to notice a difference, at the moment I have a BenQ EX3501R 100hz monitor, its served me well for many years, however, the brightness at 300nits arnt so great, I cant really use HDR on it as its simply too dark, as time moves on, better monitors are released, im looking at sticking with Ultrawide, and the one thats caught my eye is the MSI MPG Artymis 343CQR which is a 165hz monitor, has AMD freesync tech, and 550nits, I couldnt care less about the RGB, its not like im going to see the back of the monitor anyway, i'll be using a DP cable, and my current graphics card is an ASRock Phantom Gaming D 6800 which should be able to handle things fairly well, im kind of torn between the MSI and the Samsung G5, any input on either of these monitors would be greatly appreciated, theres only £50 price difference between these 2 monitors.

Personally I'd save until you can move to a QD OLED. The difference is substantial.
