Hey guys im currently running 1x2gb 7850 with a mild over clock but thinking about buying a second card.

Problem is my mobo only has 1x16x16 and the 2nd is 1x16x4

Is 2x16x4 7850 better then 1x16x16?. (£150 better?)

The minimum I would put a gpu into is x8 speed. There is noticeable performance loss when using an X4 for gpu's.

Also, there's a chance that when using the x4 slot you will disable any x1 slots that you may have in use, such as sound cards (depending on your board).
