Is it worth for mining?

I bought 5 of these cards. They are rated for 24-27 mh/s but mine mine between 18-21 mh/s. Am I missing something?

Are they running at full speed? Can the PSU handle it? What configuration have you got in terms of hardware and software?

Currently I have them running like this

. The power I set it to -30 because it uses less electricity but performing the same way is some odd way. The psu is rated at 1200w (Corsair HX1200i Platinum). I'm using NiceHash Legacy miner for the time being until I get my first payment then I will change to another one which give me coins directly. On Windows 10 Pro
