is it worth it to overclock a rig and run it as a standard computer, or is it better to watercool everything?

yeah i do love pushing stuff, but im kinda wondering if at the moment it is worth the money. watercooling wouldn't cost as much and would be quieter and wouldn't eat as much electricity!

i might wait for the phase....
