Is it worth it?

MB: DFI i875P
Pentium 4 560 Soket775(3.60GHz)
2.GB DDR PC3200 of Ram
Geforce 7800oc GS AGP8X
Memory 256MB
Disk 120GB

to go from a 7800GS to a 7950GTAGP (which is a 7800PCI-E with an AGP bridge) would be a waste of money, better to just sell the system for around £180 and add the £125 to it, build yourself up a cheap conroe with an 8600GT and 2 gig of DDR2. easy to do with £300
 
Its a shame its such a crippled version of the pcie 7950gt as i went from a 7800gs oc (agp) to a 7950GT pcie and the jump was near double.

Is it the same core (G71) and mem that they use on the pcie version?

550/1300 is poor but if it overclocked mentaly there would be a big diff.
