Is it worth me upgrading my netbook?

Currently have a Acer 531h and it does everything i need brilliantly... I have seen a lot of people on here recommending the Asus Eee PC 1005HA and i was wondering if i should sell mine and get the Asus and if so why?? There seems to be no noticeable difference.....
So basically should i get a Asus Eee PC 1005HA??

If what youve got does every thing you need why upgrade, netbooks at the moment are pretty much all the same spec anyway but over the next few months newer models are expected to come out ...wait a few months.
