Is it worth me upgrading?

I have a Sony Vaio with:

T2130 1.86ghz Dual channel
2gb RAM
120gb SSD drive

I am looking to upgrade to something like:

Intel Pentium n3700 quad core processor.
1.6ghz normal - 2.4GHz turbo processor speed.
8GB RAM.
1TB SATA hard drive.

Would it be night and day difference or no point? My laptop does everything I need still but it just is.....

I don't play games. Just Microsoft Office etc
