Is it worth reseating?

I have already reset my HSF once after cutting myself and figuring how to actually take out / put in my xigmatec s1283

I applied a small like which looked like it was going to get both cores equal in temp but i guess not

Overall temps have dropped by quite abit , 5-10c maybe

Never liked the line method as it relies on you twisting the heatsink clockwise and anti clockwise and relying on a good contact try a thin layer over the whole surface.
