Is it worth updating bios?

Hello everyone.

I have an MSI P55-GD80 with an i5 750. I have a nice prime stable 4GHz overclock. The board is on bios 1.1, and I know there have been many versions since then. Would it be worth updating the bios to the latest version and why?

Two schools of thought, I am in the latter. If it isnt broken, don't fix it and I always pop the latest version on but that's just me.
