Is it worth upgrading from 2500k yet? Gaming

Is it time to change from my 2500k @ 4.6 yet?

Usage is for gaming (generally dayz mod and standalone) and I do like recording gameplay (raptr)

Gpu is 290 and monitor is 1080

Other uses are music stuff but it seems perfectly adequate for these

Other option is upgrade the gpu to a 980

ArmA2/DayZ mod and DayZ SA are possibly 2 of the most un-optimised games around regarding CPU usage.

Until Rocket fixes the SA, it's not worth spending a penny upgrading a broken game in Alpha.
