Not unless you upgrade to a Raptor (because it is 10000 rpm) and even then the price you pay doesn't necessarily equate to massively improved performance over your existing drives. If you need more space and have SATA ports then yes it makes sense to get SATA with the benefits it entails but I wouldn't change the drives just for the sake of it
