Is it worth upgrading from my AOC to a predator

Hi would you say a Acer predator z35 @ 2560x1080 @200hz (with gsync) would be a upgrade from my AOC U3577pqu @ 3440x1440 @60hz? (no gysync or freesync and not curved) the screen tearing down the middle on my AOC is driving me crazy and i cant max out all games with my GTX1080, both monitors are around the same size, my AOC is 34" and the Acer is 35", is it worth me paying the £750+ it goes for? i play a lot of shooters.

Also can the predator mentioned run at 3440x1440 via dsr (for desktop) or would it be a blurry mess?
 
Which would be better?, i am mainly a gamer but i watch a lot of videos and do a lot of Internet stuff, i am running a GTX 1080.

i have a 3440x1440 already which is nice but has awful screen tearing, no gsync and only 60hz, would the gsync and 100hz be a noticeable upgrade?
 
it was a different question, i wanted to know which one to buy out of the z35 or the x34 with credit card waiting, people wont see that in the title and not reply...
 
If they see you making multiple threads with near same topic they will not reply IMO, mods seems to agree.

If they are AUO panels and have poor QA so do you want to play the "Panel Lottery"

For that kind of money I would wait on the new screens that are said to be here soon....
