Is it worth upgrading my monitors?

I'm currently using 3x 19" Samsung 913N monitors, manufactured around 5-6 years ago I believe, so there rather old tech. I've been thinking about replacing them with 2x 22" Benq G2222HDL LED monitors. Apart from the size will I notice a significant improvement in general image quality? Has Tn panels improved much in 5 years?

Yes its deffo time for an upgrade. I have an old Sammy 930BF, and I am just looking at a nice 24" screen, but as there are soo many to choose from, its taking a while.
