Is it worth upgrading or shall i just buy a bundle?

Hiya im currently running a rather old pc the specs are

ASUS P5B Board
INTEL CORE DUO E4400 Processor
2GB DDR2 memory
ATI RADEON HD5770 1024mb GPU
OCZ ModXStream Pro 500w PSU

I mainly play Football Manager2013 on this but it runs fairly slow.Other than that i listen too music,watch films online and surf the web and very occasionally play the Half Life Games

Would it be worth just putting more memory in and changing the CPU or shall i just get one of the bundles from OcUK.

By the way im on a very very tight budget so i need it too be as cheap as possible

If getting one of the bundles is the best option can anyone suggest which one would be a good option.

i just got a bundle, makes it all easy if your not sure what goes with what of want someone else to do it all for you, an i3 / i5 bundle would do you proud and a new vga card, set you up for years to come

Or if you are comfortable OCing it you can buy the individual parts and save the premium cost of OCUK OCing for you (although they do a very good job nonetheless)
