Is it worth upgrading to 64bit operating system?

I am currently running Vista 32 bit, is it worth upgrading to the 64 bit Vista operating system, any thoughts? Thanks.

Yes if you want to run 4 or more GB of RAM. If you don't really care, stay as you are.

I was thinking the same thing too, but more about installing Windows 7. My laptop doesn't support more than 2GB anyway so I think I may just stick with 32bit.

As said if you need more than 4GB upgrade, otherwise don't bother.

However if you are buying a new OS or new computer always get 64bit.
