Is it worth upgrading?

I have a Q6600, GTX 260 and a 780i. Is it worth upgrading to the Core i7?

I game on a 1920 x 1200 res monitor.

I've thought about this also. I have the Abit IP35 Pro and a Q6600 @ 3.4Ghz. I wobbled and upgraded my trusty old GTX8800 to the GTX295. Definitely wont be upgrading for a while (me thinks )
