Hey i have a GeForce GTX 660ti. I have noticed some games a struggling. Is it worth upgrading, i dont have a big budget and i dont really know much about what is best for price ect so any help wud be good. I have noticed a big change in dayz mainly and my computer seems to struggle.

I have 8bg ram and i5 2500 (i think off the top of my head)

Also i havnt upgraded anything in the past 2years if that helps :D

to be fair, yes and no...

looks as though your system will be good for another year or so on the cpu and ram side so gpu is the only upgrade you really need to consider

the GTX600 series is getting on now and maybe upgrading would help... depends on the games you play.

could try lowering the settings a little and playing like that while you save up as soon the GTX960 will be out and under £200 i believe... so I would lower your settings for now, save up and wait for the GTX960 to be released in the next couple of months... thats the card you will want!
 
Sorry if I'm jumping to conclusions but you said you noticed a big change in DayZ. Does that mean it used to run OK?

If nothing in DayZ settings changed or their have been no upgrades to the game, then something on your system has changed. You also state you don't have much of a budget, you would need to disclose how much of a budget you have for us to give the best advice.

For example if your budget is ~£50 on top of what you will get selling your current GPU, then you won't get much of an upgrade.
