True... matt by any chance have you got one to comment about it?

I have a MacBook, and have done since their release last May. I've been a PC user for over 10yrs, and this is by far the best machine i've ever owned. But i won't tlk about it here, as it's not that interesting a story :D

The only people I know who have ever regretted a MacBook/Pro/iMac purchase have been the ones who have had a fault or DOA on opening it - even then once replace/repaird they all seem to be happy and content, discovering new tricks every day.

Buy one - you wont regret it.

So could be best having a Mac aswell as keeping my sony laptop that way I have both is that what most of you guys do?

I assume the spec "1.73ghz centrino, 512mb memory 24x cd rom" is your Sony laptop?

To be honest, if you don't game then get a MacBook, up it to 2GB (OS X loves RAM) and dual boot or run parallel with it for your Microsoft needs.

You might be able to get abit off your Sony to help ease the pricing if it's a problem.

I'd agree with this, oh and Rookies just to let you know that Will_3rd has been slyly dropping hints by editing your quotes from Itune to iTunes. :p :D
