Is live down for anyone?

aye its down, just come to renew my subscription

and the missus has come to set up hers

being a women she doesnt know these things happen, so shes now having a nervous breakdown as she cant play halo with me and the gang :(
 
There was something wrong with Live? Was on Cod4 from 10am until five minutes ago without any problems and none of the other players mentioned anything. :confused:
 
Chances are they were sorting some issues/potential issues as a lot of new Xbox360 owners will be had. Common sense and no need for drama queens.
 
Mine still won't sign in (wireless). It refuses to sign into my Live account at all and on the connection test it gets to the Xbox Live point then says there's an update available but the update just fails

I haven't been able to sign in to Live Messenger (windows) for hours now either :/ I just get an immediate error msg.

I get this regularly. Paste your error code, but I guess it is same as mine. Live Messenger works much better on routers with UPnP enabled (so they say). If you have same problem as me, then a router reboot will fix it, but paste your error code anyway (Mine is signed in now, so can't generate the error).
