is Memtest86 3.4a compatible with phenom memory controller?

hi

i want to test my ram using Memtest86 3.4a but when the program starts it shows the wrong timings/speed. i tryed changing the settings in the program but it won't let me. should i ignore what it says or is it not compatible?

i been getting blue screens a lot, about ndis.sys. but i have a feeling it's my ram failing... i used vista memory test and it found hardware problems then i ran it again and it didn't find problems :confused:

A quick look around the web suggests that a ndis.sys error may be a driver issue.

yeah i searched that,but why did vista memory test found hardware problems then i ran it again and it didn't find problems ? :confused:
